Ken Harbaugh is a former Navy pilot and past president of Team Rubicon Global. He served as a guest fellow at Yale University, and his writing has appeared in The New York Times, The Atlantic, and the Yale Journal of International Law.
In 2021, Ken received the National Conference on Citizenship HOOAH award, given annually to the American veteran who exemplifies citizenship through service.
